OCD Self-Assessment

Built on the symptom domains of OCI-informed screening instruments.

Looks at unwanted thoughts, rituals and how much they get in the way.

What a screening can and can't tell you

A screen can tell you whether your pattern of responses falls in a range that clinicians tend to follow up. It cannot tell you why the pattern exists, or whether you have a condition, many medical and life circumstances produce similar patterns. That's what a professional evaluation is for. We'll always be honest about that boundary.
